sans-serif;\">Als lid van EURATEX heeft Creamoda actief bijgedragen aan dit position paper over de herziening van de <span style=\"color: #004788;\"><strong>Kaderrichtlijn Afvalstoffen<\/strong><\/span> en de <span style=\"color: #004788;\"><strong>invoering van textiel-UPV in de EU<\/strong><\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Het document pleit voor een geco\u00f6rdineerde en zoveel mogelijk <span style=\"color: #004788;\"><strong>geharmoniseerde aanpak <\/strong><\/span>van textiel-UPV, met onder meer:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vereenvoudigde registratie en rapportering via een digitale one-stop shop<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Een producentgestuurde governance van PRO\u2019s<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wetenschappelijk onderbouwde ecomodulatie in lijn met de ESPR<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Een sterke handhaving, duidelijke afbakeningsregels en geharmoniseerde End-of-Waste-criteria. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bijzondere aandacht gaat uit naar de situatie van kmo\u2019s, met een duidelijke oproep om verplichtingen en vereisten proportioneel, werkbaar, technisch en economisch haalbaar te houden in de praktijk. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dit position paper zal dienen als basis voor verdere besprekingen en lobbywerk met de Europese Commissie en andere Europese en nationale
