Europese studies lopen nog om na te gaan welke info relevant is en haalbaar op een digitaal product pasport. Creamoda brengt actief sectorinput in op EU\u2011niveau zodat het overeenstemt met de priortiteiten en noden van de sector. We geven kracht door dit samen te met andere Europese lidstaten verenigt in EURATEX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\"><strong>Na aanneming van de DA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na de goedkeuring van de DA start een\u00a0<span style=\"color: #004b8c;\"><strong>minimale implementatiefase van 18 maanden<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Creamoda pleit voor een langere overgangsperiode van<span style=\"color: #004b8c;\">\u00a0<strong>24 tot 36 maanden<\/strong><\/span>, zodat bedrijven zich realistisch en werkbaar kunnen voorbereiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\"><strong>Vroegste toepassing van het DPP: Q1 2029<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De DPP\u2011verplichting geldt dus\u00a0<span style=\"color: #004b8c;\"><strong>(nog) niet v\u00f3\u00f3r 2029<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0voor producten die op de EU\u2011markt worden gebracht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\"><strong>En wat met QR\u2011codes die nu al op producten staan?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Deze initiatieven zijn volledig vrijwillig.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Meestal verwijzen ze gewoon naar een website.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Omdat de verplichte DPP\u2011inhoud nog niet vaststaat, kan niemand vandaag een offici\u00eble, ESPR\u2011conforme DPP ontwikkelen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bedrijven mogen uiteraard vrijwillig digitale productinformatie aanbieden, maar dat is g\u00e9\u00e9n wettelijke verplichting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F A C T\u00a0 \u00a0C H E C K Is het Digital Product Passport (DPP) voor kleding verplicht in 2027? \u274c\u00a0NEEN \u2192 Niet in 2027.
