You will also work with the HR Business Partner on various HR projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #b22222; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">JOBDESCRIPTION<\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"detail-block-description\">\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the recruitment needs within the company, in consultation with the different line managers\u00a0and HRBP.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate\u00a0the mission, pillars and values of Stanley\/Stella and\u00a0become an ambassador of the company to the candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Execute the recruitment plan, ensuring excellent candidate experience\u00a0with the HR Business Partner and\/or the business\u00a0up to onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Guardian of the job description process translating the needed competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Review and continuously improve the recruitment process and tools\u00a0and develop &amp; track KPI\/reporting\u00a0to ensure efficiency of recruitment\u00a0and candidate experience.\u00a0Follow overall\u00a0recruitment budget\u00a0and select the right partners to work with.<\/li>\n<li>Support Stanley\/Stella employer\u00a0branding\u00a0Participation in &#8220;recruitment&#8221; events (job fairs, projects with universities and\u00a0school,\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Administrating all contact moments, vacancies, CVs, channels, costs, etc. through an in-house ATS (Tracking Applicant System) &amp; different\u00a0reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Be innovative in\u00a0attracting\u00a0new talent and\/or new ways of recruiting.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the HR manager on an\u00a0ad hoc projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #b22222;\">YOUR PROFILE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in human resources or equivalent by experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u00a0of experience in the recruitment sector.<\/li>\n<li>Able to recruit at international level, from entry level position to mid-management level.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
