Execution:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Develop and execute a strong, data-driven social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook, aligned with the global communication plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Create and manage a \u201cAlways On\u201d content calendar, ensuring consistent communication that reflects our brand identity and values.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Collaborate with designers to create engaging, high-quality content that boosts brand awareness and community engagement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Monitor and analyse social media performance using KPIs and insights to enhance strategies and increase engagement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain innovative and effective strategy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Paid Media Strategy &amp; Execution:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Based on the Brand and Marketing strategy and objectives, define and execute local on social media and Google, driven by excellence in execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Lead planning, timeline, and budget management, while proposing recommendations to drive awareness and conversions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide guidance and recommendation, based on campaigns performance, and in case of advertising cuts are needed, to ensure best usage of the existing budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Email Marketing &amp; Retention:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Develop and execute an effective email marketing strategy to nurture and retain new partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Personalize email campaigns by leveraging audience segmentation and market data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Write or brief compelling email content that aligns with our brand tone and messaging.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Track and analyse key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to continuously optimize performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Manage CRM automated email communications, ensuring accurate data segmentation and timely delivery of campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration &amp; color: #b22222;\">YOUR PROFILE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Hard skills:<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in both social media and email marketing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong knowledge of social media Organic and Paid platforms (Instagram, Facebook), Paid Google, Social media analytics, and content strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Odoo CRM).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">US English (or UK English) native-speaker;
