color: #004b8c;\"><strong>La directive sur les droits des consommateurs (CRD) (2011\/83\/CE)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2192 obligation d\u2019informer les consommateurs sur la<span style=\"color: #004b8c;\">\u00a0<strong>durabilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/span>des produits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\"><strong>La directive sur les pratiques commerciales d\u00e9loyales (UCPD) (2005\/29\/CE)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2192 nouvelles exigences concernant :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">les all\u00e9gations relatives aux performances environnementales futures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">les all\u00e9gations comparatives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Et introduit de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #004b8c;\"><strong>nouvelles interdictions<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(annexe I \u2013 \u201cblacklist\u201d) :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">all\u00e9gations environnementales\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9riques ou vagues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">labels de durabilit\u00e9\u00a0sans v\u00e9rification par un tiers ou une autorit\u00e9 publique<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">all\u00e9gations portant sur l\u2019ensemble du produit\u00a0alors qu\u2019elles concernent seulement un aspect<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">all\u00e9gations bas\u00e9es sur la\u00a0compensation des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #004b8c;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
