Des \u00e9tudes europ\u00e9ennes sont encore en cours afin de d\u00e9terminer quelles informations sont pertinentes et r\u00e9alisables sur un passeport produit num\u00e9rique. Creamoda apporte activement sa contribution au niveau europ\u00e9en afin que celui-ci corresponde aux priorit\u00e9s et aux besoins du secteur. Nous renfor\u00e7ons notre action en nous associant \u00e0 d&#8217;autres \u00c9tats membres europ\u00e9ens au sein d&#8217;EURATEX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\">Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;adoption de l&#8217;Acte D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 (DA)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;approbation du DA, une <strong><span style=\"color: #004b8c;\">phase de mise en \u0153uvre minimale de 18 mois<\/span><\/strong> d\u00e9butera.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Creamoda plaide en faveur d&#8217;une p\u00e9riode de transition plus longue, <strong><span style=\"color: #004b8c;\">de 24 \u00e0 36 mois<\/span><\/strong>, afin que les entreprises puissent se pr\u00e9parer de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste et viable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\">Application au plus t\u00f4t du DPP : T1 2029<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">L&#8217;obligation DPP ne s&#8217;applique donc <strong><span style=\"color: #004b8c;\">pas (encore) avant 2029<\/span><\/strong> pour les produits mis sur le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;UE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #004b8c;\">Et qu&#8217;en est-il des codes QR qui figurent d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur les produits ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ces initiatives sont enti\u00e8rement volontaires.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La plupart du temps, ils renvoient simplement \u00e0 un site web.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Comme le contenu obligatoire du DPP n&#8217;est pas encore d\u00e9fini, personne ne peut aujourd&#8217;hui d\u00e9velopper un DPP officiel conforme \u00e0 l&#8217;ESPR.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Les entreprises peuvent bien s\u00fbr fournir volontairement des informations num\u00e9riques sur leurs produits, mais il ne s&#8217;agit pas d&#8217;une obligation l\u00e9gale.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F A C T\u00a0 \u00a0C H E C K Le Digital Product Passport (DPP) sera-t-il obligatoire pour les v\u00eatements en 2027 ? \u274c\u00a0NON \u2192 Pas en 2027.
