{"id":14254,"date":"2022-04-12T08:47:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T06:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.creamoda.be\/jobs\/item\/logistical-and-customer-service-manager\/"},"modified":"2022-04-12T09:32:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T07:32:11","slug":"logistical-and-customer-service-manager","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/www.creamoda.be\/fr\/jobs\/item\/logistical-and-customer-service-manager","title":{"rendered":"Logistical And Customer Service Manager (m-v-x) &#8211; Groot-Bijgaarden"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #004b8c;\"><strong>Bellerose<\/strong><\/span> is now looking for a talented<strong> <span style=\"color: #004b8c;\">LOGISTICAL &amp; CS MANAGER<\/span> <\/strong>to work in HQ (Groot-Bijgaarden).<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #b22222;\">JOBDESCRIPTION<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal departments, customers and our logistical partner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance on delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Lead monthly meetings to review those KPI\u2019s, plan future activity and implement process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage budget, identify and propose costs optimisations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives, create and update procedures to ensure all processes are maintained over time.<\/li>\n<li>Keep a permanent watch on logistics evolutions and customs policies to anticipate future changes.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and decide, deliver solutions to issues and complaints from customers or internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Participates actively to IT projects related to supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, coach and train a team of persons in charge of allocation, distribution, customs and customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #b22222;\">PROFILE<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>you have a Master degree in commercial-, supply chain engineering and minimum 5 years working experience as logistics manager in the distribution sector;<\/li>\n<li>you have a good knowledge of E-commerce specificities and international distribution regulations as well as a good knowledge of export-regulations of international trade;<\/li>\n<li>you are customer focused and an excellent communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally;<\/li>\n<li>you have excellent analytical skills and very good grasp of current IT and ERP tools;<\/li>\n<li>you have strong planning skills, capacity to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities;<\/li>\n<li>you are used to work in a processed environment and do have a sense of ownership, result oriented;<\/li>\n<li>you have proven capacity to lead and develop a team;<\/li>\n<li>you have good personal organisation and strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>And last but not least, you are bilingual EN + one of the European language (French or Dutch is an asset) and have a drivers-License B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #b22222;\">INTERESTED<\/span><\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">You answered \u201cyes\u201d at (almost) every aspects?<br \/>\nDon\u2019t hesitate and join us!If you are looking for an exciting new opportunity\u00a0within a forward-thinking and innovative organization, send us your resume and cover letter by mail at\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:job.be@bellerose.be\">job.be@bellerose.be<\/a>.\u00a0 Don\u2019t forget to mention \u201cLogistical &amp; CS Mgr\u201d in the subject of the mail!
